The Bill (Reg. No.1440) defines legal principles of organization and conduct of the social dialogue in Ukraine concerning "improvement of labour, social and economic relations, achievement of mutual understanding and public concord in the society".
The Bill regulates the procedure of establishment and activity of the social dialogue bodies. Thus, the National Trilateral Social and Economic Council and territorial trilateral social and economic councils are established at the national and territorial levels from the equal number of representatives of the social dialogue parties at the relevant level.
